Costantino “Cos” Delli is a leading management consultant, empowerment speaker and author who was born and raised until the age of eight in Taranto, Italy, a beautiful and ancient Southern City on the Ionian Coast, known for the warm climate, beautiful beaches, delicious seafood and genuine people. His parents owned a restaurant and Cos loved his life going to school, delivering espresso, playing soccer and the beach. Then, his family decided to move to the U.S. for a hope of opening up a restaurant there and making it “big”.

They moved homes seven times until they purchased a home in Trenton, NJ. Cos would use his imagination and orchestrate comedic and musical shows to entertain himself and the family as his parents dealt with the hardships of working for a bakery, for eight dollars per hour, rather than owning a business. Life at home was not harmonious and Cos focused all his energy in the studies.

Cos lost his father unexpectedly in 1987 and after graduating from Rutgers University with high honors that year, he embarked on an exciting, seven-year, corporate career, holding high profile positions with Wachovia Bank,Science Applications International Corp, Bloomberg, and Bankers Trust.

In the mid 90’s, Cos suffered an emotional breakdown, left Wall Street and returned to his family home to find the way back. Through self exploration, Cos tapped into personal experiences and business success to create a series of creative steps that when executed reconnected him to the goodness or wisdom inside. It was always there but it was covered over with stuff from the past. He realized that he had found a way to stay connected and create the life he wanted. He began sharing it with others who experienced similar positive results, regardless of the background and experiences in life.

Cos’ passion to deliver outstanding value and service to clients led him to create his own consulting company that delivers Creative Optimum Solutions® for transforming and advancing corporations, businesses and organizations. Cos’ innovative style, vision and creative flair has helped companies achieve greater efficiency with their operations, deliver a higher quality of products and services and increase market share through sales, marketing and advertising programs.

In addition, Cos is founder of the COS®Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to guide people to reconnect to the Creative Optimum Self® in order to work and live the most productive and rewarding life.

After years of encouragement from family, friends, clients and colleagues, Costantino authored and published “The Way: Live Your Dream, It’s Not A Secret”, available at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

He is passionate to share the empowerment and inspiring message because he recognizes that greatness lives in all of us but for different reasons and at various times in our lives we disconnect from this inner wisdom that we all have.
